Terms & Conditions - the basics

By booking service, you confirm that you own the property or have authority to approve the work. You must disclose known plumbing, wiring, structural issues, or other hidden conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the TV, mount, cables, and customer-supplied equipment are compatible unless Twin Cities TV Mounting has agreed to provide them. We may decline or modify work when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Payment is due according to the price and method agreed upon when service is booked or completed. Any deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling terms shown during booking apply. To the extent permitted by law, Twin Cities TV Mounting is not responsible for manufacturer defects, incompatible customer equipment, pre-existing damage, concealed utilities, structural defects, or losses beyond the amount paid for the affected service.
